Eating has never been something I seem to remember in my routine. I much more prefer other activities and using my time elsewhere....but yes I suppose it would seem me and my people do enjoy training. We come from war, it is something our bodies haven't been able to rest from still. Though with your knowledge on the body I wonder if you would be interested in some physicals combat training with me sometime.
